Had an entire good day today.. its the first time ever since dEaReSt left SG for his job..this is bcoz of my training at uob tampines. I met this trainer called Mala, from SQC(i mentioned in previous journal) and she's totally GREAT~~!! She called herself a facilitator, but in my mind, i called her my ideal motivator and counsellor.. she seems to encourages me soo much even with her simple examples she quoted during lesson.. and during our breaks, she would talk to me as if i'm really so different(partly due to my age and boldness to joke openly during lessons)...I really had to pen down this in case i've forgotten about her teachings. She was saying how she got her masters(by studying p/t) while working.. how she managed between her husband(who was admitted to the hospital at that time), job(to prepare to go overseas to give trainings) and studies(her upcoming assignments). She gave up her assignments eventually but end up getting a better grade than she usually did. What she meant was the attitude we need to have.
In fact, on the first day of my lesson, she has already tried to look into me and digged out my timidness and tried to hint me not to hide..She was taking me as one of her examples and saying generally to the class 'you are given the authority, y dun you fully use it? You can and it depends whether you will.' Wonder if the case coincides with her teaching materials...
She also shared how her teaching experiences at SIA allow her to see the kind of unity during the 006 incident, how they showed responsibility and warmness deep down from their hearts..
The second thing that makes my day was that instead of 1/2hr theory lessons, my music 'teacher' actually gave me full 1hr of practical lessons and promised to give me extra romance pieces taken from richard clayderman cds. Great, coz that means i dun really have to focus on some pieces that i've never heard before in my life,...lolxXXx..
The third thing is... i walk ard my workplace at yishun today after music lesson and realised the ICC they'r selling are WAY CHEAPER than those i found at my neighbourhood!!! Instead of selling at $10/card, they'r selling at $8.50 or $9/card.. That also MEANS i'm being CHEATED!!! ArgGhHhh.. Might be blessing in disguise though.. hMmmm.. guess next time i can purchase it at yishun..lolx.. mayb can claim from dEaReSt for $10/card(scheming huh?? hehehhe)....smilex..
