Things are changing so fast everyday. Targets are set higher and higher. In our attachment, we were told to achieve 30 successful conversion out of 53 call attempts. Yet, targets are set higher, and wad abt the pay? hMMm...sad to say, this ish our attachment.. our IA life at M1.. we live in it and view at it differently. We do the daily routine. (1)Daily Briefing (2)Calls (3)Lunch (4)Calls again, and occasionally TCS(talk cock session) when campaign is not loaded.
Some might say we gained the skills and knowledge of products and customer handling. I just wonder does making calls and bargaining the offers over the phone a special set of skills/knowledge? It seems to me more that we'r not there to learn anymore. We are just there to be there, just there to hit our targets, get good grading, and leave the place soon.
Even though, the only thing i enjoy would definitely be the people ard me there. They are PESSIMISTIC yet MOTIVATING! confused huh? Pessimistic abt the job, motivating bcoz they created the spirit and challenge, and we often encouraged each other with bountiful snacks and stuff.. EVERYDAY morning!! The greatest thing of all, we can mingle, chat and have fun, we are in split groups but we stand together. If one meets the pb, the rest would help to solve it together. Stress to us are only day by day basis, unlike proj in sch are sem by sem basis. BUT i still don't hope to have this kinda living for long.. hahha.. lazy to wake up so early in the morning..taking cabs almost 3 out of 5 days. BROKE!
