...back 2 jogging daze...
not another MONDAY... felt FATs accumulating in my body..arghh.. occasionally hindering my movements(bending down..moving clumsily bumping onto stuff etc..)...lolxxx.. so went jogging in the late evening (thinking that it might help to burn a few calories..lolx)..It used to be a way to vend my unhappiness of the day (usually when i felt low morale/fat too).. realised it was such a long long time ever my last jog(perhaps 2mths ago)?? erm.. i dun mean i'm living happily now.. just dat i had a dearest to accompany me everytime..
Another fact that i realised was i've bcum sooo so unhealthy that I became breathless and stops so many times... stamina drops soooo sooo soo much.. gosh..
