...Valentines day...
Valentines day then.. Guys.. FYI.. i'm no longer in Yishun branch..i'd been transfered to THOMSON BRANCH instead.. good new :? bad news? no idea.. good maybe i get to have more opportunity meeting new colleagues or higher chances of promotion.. bad perhaps i'll need to start all over again to know my colleagues there.. indeed i had been complaining abt the aunty @ Yishun br..but afterall i missed those really frenly and helpful colleagues who had really helped and guided me when i m still learning.. now that i'm in a new branch.. new colleagues expects quite high of me.. had to be independant and give a different set of impression on them...
On this very first day working in Thomson, dearest sent a bouquet of tulips to my branch again.. so sweet of him.. all my new colleagues again teased me.. though not to the extend of how yishun colleagues had.. After work, dearest and I celebrated at Paris International Buffet @ marina sq.. ate scrumptious seafood.. fresh mussels, prawns, salmon, maguro, wasabi etc; shark's fin n abalone etc.. herbal chicken soup and desserts like yam pudding and 'guilingao'.. quite wide variety.. received a BIG BIG special V.day card pasted with all our pictures and written with sweet memos at the edge of the card..plus some levis vouchers!@!.. can't imagine he had make that effort to prepare decorating the card.. thot it was quite impossible for a man to do all these job.. lolxx...
...the month of February...
Feb is one of the month i get really broke.. Wendy's bdae, Kor's bdae, iMel's bdae, Gene's bdae.. plus it's v.day(not really a big pb coz i bought the prez last month). On my bro's bdae.. intended to share with mum and get him a bottle of perfume as prez.. but mum says she'd already bought a hp for bro.. how unfair treatment i thot.. i din get any prez on my bdae~~ lolxx... wad's more i always contribute to 'jia yong(family expense)', y mum dun even bother to 'bao ang pao' for me on my bdae?? arhgghh... though i dun really felt the unfairness since we'r all a family.. i just hope bro can at least take this phone as an encouragement or motivation to look for a job.. if i'm not wrong..i believe he knows what i'm thinking abt him and he purposely portrays himself this way..well *heck* abt him...
Was shopping for iMel's(one of my 7 other sisters) prez today. and had abit of disagreement with another 2sisters. Initially we discussed our budgets and agreed on wallet, instead they bought a jigsaw puzzle..??? Lucky that jie and I called them b4 buying sth.. Was abit unhappy of the puzzle partially bcoz it wasn't discussed and agreed among the sisters.. it wasn't even brought to our notice that someone had already bought sth!! Partially bcoz it wasn't really nice to give a done jigsaw puzzle as a 21st bdae gift and worst, shared by 7 sister, though it may seems an effort.. decorative but unusable... And also partially the jigsaw is not done by the group but only by the 2sisters who bought it, and they had no confident to finish the puzzle on time. Mayb they bought it in a rush of thoughts.. but at least informed us abt it beforehand.. I just think we might be able to help in finishing the puzzle if they had brought to our notice earlier... Initially Jie and I gave up the idea of sharing with them, since we didn't like the idea strongly.. after some disscussion with the rest.. we thot of getting sth additional and share among the 7 of us.. so at least iMel recv 2 prez.. how lucky~~ hee..
Start to think i was abit selfish thinking not to share the prez with them then..Another 2 of our sister actually brought it out to me that as sisters, we should support each other's idea.. be more generous to accept what has been done... Well, true enough, imagine the cost of puzzle+frame shared only by the 2 sister..it'd be quite costly to them since both of them are still studying.. but i seriously didn't like the idea of puzzle as a 21st bdae gift..I do like puzzle..and i'm working on one now.. but not for 21st bdae k guys... i believe in karma.. i thot if i bought sth like that for a fren, i'll get sth similar back (hiak hiak abit thick skin har..)... Anyway case settled.. lets not dwell on it....cHeErIoS..
...Chinese New Year...
Always had soo much to blog in mind while walking home but forgotten as soon as i reached home...Shall start from this CNY.. wow.. collected afew 'ang baos' is the greatest thing..lolxx.. new year new clothes..but i din spent a single cent on my new year clothes.. instead i got those belated bdae gift as my new year prez.. these includes a new hand-carried bag and wallet by Do'do, a ZaRa jacket by Lynnette, a pink sexy strap blouse by Wendy, a new towel by dearest... lolxXxx...
think i just lack of a foundation powder now(<== mum just bought one)....wahhaha...
however, i start to realise it wasn't really a lucky year for me.. on CNY eve, i had shortage of $50 @ work, due to new $50notes sticking together and me carelessly giving it out to customer.. by the time i inform the customer about it.. he say it shouldn't be his problem anymore since at the point when he leaves the counter.. everything should be settled.. what's more he saw me running the notes with the machine twice and there shouldn't be any error.. tried to explain that machine error does occurs... wad's more he'd already added some new notes into the stack of $50 notes i gave him, it's quite impossible for him to count whether there's any additional $50=... hAizZz...
And just 5sec before the clock strikes midnight, i accidentally topped over a pot of cactus while leaning over the window, trying to catch a glimpse of the fireworks... arghh... end up clearing the floor at the very start of CNY.. poor me..
