..an uneventful off day...

Woke up at afternoon 3pm... other than chatting online... watching uninteresting tv programmes.. i thought i should be going out..

went amk hub then.. usual hangout @ nail palace n TCM foot massage..
however today went out with mum n dad for a hair cut.
Before that, we passed by Citispa.. and mum was attracted to the spa services and wanted to try.. as usual the staff will say "TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE PROMOTION.... ..." i was thinking.. when was it not?? wad's new?? lolxXXx.. then the words "you wun find the price anymore when u come back again..jus one treatment is not enuff.. " then again they say in their marketing ads "try once and you'll feel the difference!!" sounds irony to me.. haha..

then i wanted to try the slimming package.. wondering wad's the difference of one time trial.. lolxXx.. the lady take a look at me.. "are you over 18??" i said yes and the next replied was "erm..oh then you may use the voucher on your tighs..." FUMMING!! can't she say something better..?? mum then console me again.."hmm.. i think wad she means is that u'r already quite slim so she dunno wad to say so refer to your tigh lor..."

then i walked into the jean yip for a haircut.. hairstylist was a funny guy and commented "who was your previous hairstylist?? your hair is one-sided long/short.." then i pointed my fingers respectively @ two of his colleague "There, first time i asked for full hair cut and he cut for me.. then i came back again for frindge and the other cut for me...Or perhaps did i over-pulled for my hair bcoz i usually twist my hair @ work..." luff jokingly..

After the hair cut, i joined my parents with their shopping.. i can't believe my mum is still the usual crazy kiasu singaporean auntie whom fancies "free-gift" haha.. jus one visit in the shopping centre, she spent near to $200 just to claim 4 free gifts >> 2 spa/facial treatment vouchers, 1 coffeebean mug and 1 jewellery box.. Fantastic huh?? haha..i managed to con her jewellery box then.. since u know their mentality is just to gain something free but never really intend to use it.

That bcums one entry for my blog today.. i wished my life could add more interesting events though.. gene reccommended cable-ski and diving.. but i jus couldn't get ppl to go with me... ktv was my past one week's pastime.. hmm..

...trip to brisbane and perth..!!!

OOpxXx.. din had time to post an entry.. went to visit xz and geraldine @ brisbane on 28feb..

First met geraldine for lunch.. then sent her to work while she direct me the way to gold coast to see xz... so took the transport myself for about 1 hrs.. was abit afraid to miss my station, so i kept looking out for the station map after 30min journey...

Finally alighted at Helensvale station and took a bus that reach Southport - where xz stays. Visited her room - similar to those in singapore which we called one room studio apartment, with unblocked beautiful scenery... then she brought me to surfers paradise where we shop the street market and had our dinner..

Back to her apartment, we realised the bus which i'm supposed to take back to the train station has left. So we check for the next bus arrival time and returned to her apartment to chit chat while waiting for the next bus. Geraldine called then and advised that it's unsafe to take the night train. So she took the trouble all the way to drive from brisbane to Southport then... and back to Brisbane. Really had to thank both of them sooo much for the hospitality!!

Went to visit mel then @ perth on 19mar

Arrived at hotel in the early afternoon... had a good bath n rest b4 meeting mel at about 7pm in the evening.. when i was told shop closes early there (5.30pm).. and i should trust he'll be able to guide me to somewhere that realli opens late. True enough, we went to some place (oOpXxx.. forgot the name) where they sells oriental food. Dunno wad to order, mel said the wheat prawn is good, and we order other usual dishes like sambal kangkong and a plate of pork. It was reaally more than enough for 2 of us.. and in the end we had to dao bao.

Afterwhich, mel show me his apartment there, which he had shared with 2 other female roommates. I never trust that a guy would know how to maintain a clean room but he proved me wrong then... boasting that he just did his laundry etc..
my goodness, i think living alone outside a city of your own, freed from all aids and sometimes advise really made one independent alot, jus like geraldine, and just like xz..i would, perhaps, never understand, neither want/willing to live alone out there... without my loved ones...
